Product
Everything an ISP needs to keep PoPs healthy.
A small device in every PoP and one dashboard for your whole network, built for how ISP operations teams actually work.
Live view of every PoP
- Temperature and humidity per room, with Normal / Above warning / Critical status at a glance
- Online, offline and "waiting for data" per device, with signal strength and last check-in
- Fleet overview: total PoPs, devices online, PoPs on UPS, open alerts, hottest room, average humidity
- Works on any phone, tablet or computer, and installs as an app
Alerts that respect your team's sleep
- Warning above 26 °C and critical at 30 °C by default, adjustable per PoP
- Confirmed by two consecutive readings, with hysteresis so a room hovering at the limit doesn't flap
- One alert per problem: it escalates, steps down and resolves instead of spamming
- Acknowledge to silence reminders; unacknowledged alerts remind every 30 minutes
- Maintenance windows record alerts without notifying
- Push notifications, email, in-app inbox, and shared NOC mailboxes
History you can act on
- 6-hour, 24-hour and 7-day charts with warning and critical lines, plus a table view
- Alert history per PoP showing who acknowledged and resolved what
- Audit log of every change to PoPs, devices, team and billing
Control devices from the dashboard
- Set the reporting interval (15–300 s), temperature and humidity calibration, and the local LED alarm
- Identify (blink the LED to find a unit), restart, or reset Wi-Fi remotely
- Move a device between PoPs or remove it from your account
Secure and multi-tenant
- Every device has a unique credential and an encrypted (TLS) connection with server verification
- A device can belong to only one account; claim codes are single-owner
- Strict data separation between organizations, enforced in the database
- Five roles: Owner, Administrator, Network Operations, Technician, Read-only Viewer
The PoPLense device

- Connectivity
- 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (WPA/WPA2), encrypted HTTPS to the cloud
- Reporting
- Every 30 s by default (15–300 s); doubles as the heartbeat
- Offline buffer
- Up to 1 hour of readings, sent automatically after reconnecting
- Power
- 5 V USB. Use a UPS-backed outlet so it keeps reporting during outages
- Setup
- Phone-based Wi-Fi setup hotspot; QR claim code on the label
- Status LED
- Shows setup mode, waiting to be added, connecting, high temperature, identify
- Power inputs
- Mains and UPS presence inputs for certified, isolated sensing modules (installed by an electrician)
Safety: never connect mains voltage to the device. Mains detection uses certified, galvanically isolated modules installed by a qualified electrician.
